Chantelle is a senior attorney with the Geller Law Group who focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning. From wills that appoint guardians for minor children to complex trusts, Chantelle is focused on ensuring that clients understand their personalized documents and how they work, not only during life but also after death. The majority of her time is spent working closely with clients to create a personalized initial estate plan, including the preparation of advanced directives such as powers of attorney and medical directives, as well as testamentary documents. She counsels clients on benefits of various trusts, including irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), qualified terminable interest property (QTIP) trusts, and credit shelter trusts, and walks clients through the benefits of utilizing such structures. She also represents clients in probate and guardianship proceedings and provides counsel for trust administration.

Chantelle is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she focused her studies on health law and bioethics. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and is an avid college sports fan.

Chantelle is licensed to practice in New York and Virginia; prior to joining our firm she ran her own solo practice on Long Island. Chantelle and her family have since settled in Alexandria. She currently serves on the advisory board at The Shelter Connection and can be found most weekends running with her enormous Goldendoodle.
