Lynn Fox is a senior attorney with The Geller Law Group and focuses her practice on family law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Lynn ran her own successful law firm, Preston Fox, P.C. in Virginia Beach, focusing on family law and criminal defense. She previously worked for firms in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, concentrating her practice in domestic relations and criminal defense, but also working on collections and business litigation. Lynn particularly enjoyed her work as a certified guardian ad litem, advocating on behalf of children in custody as well as abuse and neglect cases.
Throughout her career, Lynn has practiced law with some of the most well respected attorneys in their practice areas. She started with a top-notch, national complex business litigation firm in Dayton, Ohio. She worked on multi-million dollar cases representing several of the nation’s leading businesses. She obtained experience in class actions, contractual and employment disputes, torts, false advertising, and privacy law in both state and federal courts located all over the country.
Lynn lives in McLean, Virginia with her husband and 6-year-old son. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, especially of her little boy. She also likes traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Lynn is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law where she was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, Executive Editor for the Law Review, and member of the Moot Court team. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia. Lynn is admitted to practice law in several federal courts as well as the states of Virginia and Ohio.
